Norwood School Girls Crowned Champions!

29 June saw another great advert for local girls’ football at our Lambeth Schools Year 9 & 10 Girls’ Football Festival. A total of 8 schools from across Lambeth took part at Ferndale Community Sports Centre, Brixton, with the final contested by two schools from opposite ends of the borough. Norwood school were crowned champions with a 2-0 win against Oasis Academy, Waterloo, the reigning champions who had come through the group stages with a 100% record of 6 wins. Bishop Thomas Grant, Streatham won the Fair Play Trophy.
