There are a number of ways you can get involved with The St. Matthew’s Project.
Donate
You can help The St. Matthew’s Project by donating to the charity through Local Giving.
Recycled Boot Scheme
The St. Matthew’s Project runs a recycled football boot scheme for children and young people in genuine need. Boots of all sizes and in good condition are always welcome. Contact us to find out more about the Recycled Boot Scheme.
Volunteer
The St. Matthew’s Project has a clear focus on recruiting new young people into its activities from the local community. Volunteers are offered a range of responsibilities, including team assistant roles, coaching groups from mixed ability to advanced and working with our girls-only group. Read more about our Volunteer Scheme.
Sign up for a club or course
The St. Matthew’s Project runs a number of different courses and clubs throughout the year. These range from drop-in sessions to regular football and after-school clubs and accredited training. Take a look at our current Clubs and Courses.
Shared a carriage on the northern line yesterday with some happy, enthused and polite young people from this project which made me want to make a donation. Good luck for next season!

Got to see the brilliant work of @smpbrixton first hand today. I was staggered and impressed by its scale and reach, not to mention the commitment of both the staff and kids engaged in their Easter football sessions. Exciting to hear plans for developing their base too.
