The St. Matthew’s Project has teamed up with Lambeth Sports & Recreation Services to deliver the Council’s new Ready Steady Go! Programme in tandem with our After-School Football Club for Jubilee Primary School.

The programme helps families to choose and maintain healthier lifestyle habits. Parents & carers will attend 4 workshops at Jubilee and join in activities in Brockwell Park with their children to help them make long term sustainable lifestyle changes.

The main aim is to help families live healthier, happier lives and to encourage a lifestyle change that leads to an increase in physical activity as well as a clearer understanding of nutrition. Research shows that sustainable change can be made if the whole family learns about how to live a fitter, healthier and happier life together.
